Choosing the right educational pathway for your child is an important decision.  At BGI we combine traditional values within a modern teaching environment.  From September 2024, BGI will be coeducational from EYFS to Year 11 at our Shakespeare Road site and our coeducational Sixth Form will be at our Kimbolton Road site.  We are aiming to move to our new site during the academic year 2024-25.

Open Morning – Saturday 1st March 2025

Our next Open Morning is on Saturday 1st March 2025 from 10am to Midday at our Shakespeare Road site only.  Sixth Form prospective parents and pupils are invited to attend between 9am and 10am to speak to our Sixth Form staff in the gym, before the main school Open Morning begins.  Please complete our admissions form to register and Philippa Abruzzese, our admissions secretary will contact you.

our fees.

We recognise the commitment you’re considering when choosing a fee based education for your child, so do all we can to be transparent and flexible in helping you to meet the costs of their education.

There is an initial registration fee of £50. Then on acceptance of your child to the school you’ll be required to pay an deposit of £500 to secure their place from Reception to Year 13. For nursery the deposit is £150.

As well as termly fees, there may be extra fees associated to your child’s education e.g. Lunches, Special tuition, Pre School Care or Homework Club.

At Bedford Greenacre Independent we’re committed to making a brighter future accessible to more students so offer a Bursary Award to parents who need financial support.
