Dear Parents, guardians and friends

I decided to add an extra Blog this week because there have been a number of things happening that deserve a mention before the term ends. Next week, you will receive the usual end-of-term letter giving updates on staffing for September, etc.

On Wednesday evening I attended the concert organised by the Music Department. It was a delight to watch the pupils enjoy performing for their parents and certainly showcased the hard work and commitment they each have put into music this term. Well done to everybody who took part and thank you to all the teachers who were involved. It is clear to see that performing music impacts and strengthens the emotional wellbeing of performers.

I was also pleased to hear about the performers who entered the ISA Acapella Competition, which proved to be a lovely opportunity for everybody involved and I am informed that they sang superbly. They should all be very proud of their performance.
